About

Renée Reifenrath-Doganli

After graduating from law school, I initially worked as a lawyer before moving to the HR department of a large, internationally operating German corporation with more than 300,000 employees.
There, I have been working for more than 20 years as a manager in the HR department and was fortunate to get to know different employee groups and corporate cultures.
I worked with colleagues from all specialist and management levels, who are from a wide variety of nations, accompanied apprentices on their way to become professionals and prepared employees for assignments abroad.
What accompanies me through my entire professional career and my private life is the desire to help people successfully use their potential, resources and competencies in order to live a happier life and be more satisfied.

How do I achieve this?

More About Me

Family, friends and colleagues describe me as a competent, calm, sympathetic, open and very trustworthy person.
I am a good listener who is able to communicate with her counterpart in a cooperative and appreciative manner at eye level. Thanks to my intercultural competencies, I also achieve this when communicating with people from different countries.
Due to my empathic abilities, I am able to resonate with my counterparts. This ability contributes significantly to build a good relationship, which in turn helps them to perceive their own situation from a different point of view, ultimately helping them to find a way for change.

As a systemic coach, I create a framework for you to think in a way that enables you to take on other perspectives and to focus on the resources and knowledge you already have.

Thereby, I would like to support you in developing suitable and useful solutions for yourself in order to achieve your personal goals.
As a mediator, I support conflict parties through a structured, out-of-court process to work constructively on the conflict, so that both parties can  strive for an amicable end to the conflict on their own responsibility.

About My Private Life

I am married binationally for more than 30 years and live with my husband and son near Frankfurt am Main in Germany and Istanbul in Turkey. In my free time I am a passionate equestrian. Inner calmness, patience and concentration on the perception of the horse's body language are qualities that allow me to build a good relationship with these animals. In addition I love the mountains and the sea and enjoy hiking and swimming. In 2020, I crossed the Alps from Oberstdorf to Merano on the E5 trail on foot. In my city, I also volunteer in refugee aid.
