Mediation – Conflict Consulting
Disputes and conflicts are part of our lives.
Constructively used, they can bring progress and be an opportunity for personal development.
However, some disputes or conflicts do not lead to solutions. The opposite is the case - situations escalate. Fronts harden and lead to a destructive atmosphere in which personal injuries, mistrust and distancing occur.
It is in such situations that mediation might be the appropriate instrument for you.
Mediation
Mediation is a way of resolving disputes or conflicts jointly, responsibly and in a lasting manner.
Based on confidentiality and following a structured approach, an understanding between the disputants shall be reached and the path to achieving a solution for their dispute is to be opened up to them.
In the best case, the disputants work out an agreement that is satisfactory for all parties involved.

Mediation – How can help?
There are different motivations, from the private or professional environment, that encourage the conduct of a mediation.
From initial feelings of disturbance and dissension to disagreements and massive disputes and conflicts, mediation can be a suitable procedure to resolve them in a timely manner.
Mediation helps the disputing parties to recognize and respect each other’s interests and needs. Through this, a mutual basis for new and alternativ solutions is created.
What is my role as a mediator?
As a mediator, I am neutral and impartial. I have no decision-making authority and no vested interest in a particular solution.
My task is to organize the process and support the disputing parties in finding a solution within the framework of a structured procedure.
I ensure that the process is conducted fairly in an atmosphere of trust and that all parties receive an equal share of the floor.
The principles of voluntariness, confidentiality, personal responsibility, and openness to results apply.
